The following routes are available for this service:
DELETE	/api/riskstore/seed/event-set-losses/{RequestId}	Cancel a running EventSetLoss seed operation	Signals the running seed loop to stop after the current eventset completes. Admin only.

**CancelSeedEventSetLosses** Parameters:
