Requires the role:	Riskstore.Admin

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/api/riskstore/seed/event-set-losses	Seed all EventSetLoss data to parquet files on disk	Queries all distinct EventSetIds from EventSetLoss, streams each to a parquet file in the configured event-set-losses directory. Runs asynchronously via the message queue. Admin only.

**SeedEventSetLosses** Parameters:
Name	Parameter	Data Type	Required	Description
OverwriteExisting	body	boolean	No	When true, overwrites existing parquet files. When false (default), skips eventsets that already have a parquet file on disk.
RequestId	body	string	No	Optional client supplied request id; one is generated when omitted
